On the capture side ND filter wise, I use B+W's. From there I edit the footage into the storyline and then drop an individual color grade on top unifying the scenes into the final cut. The LUTs have been carefully developed to get the maximum dynamic range and colouraccuracy out of the supported profiles, giving you unparalleled Rec709 precision as well asperfect camera matching with other supported cameras in the Leeming LUT Pro range. However, and with that said, my use of Nikon's LUTs are almost always turned down to 35-55 percent -as perceived colors in Japan vs Arizona are not even close! LOL. Don't skip this step! I used to hand grade and in looking back and regrading older footage, even using the Nikon LUT at 10% and then adding your touch looks better than NOT using the Nikon LUT. I edit in PPcc, and use the current Nikon LUT appropriate to each camera for an initial grade. Be sure to use the False Colors view and nail middle gray at 35 IRE.
